The Carr Family
This was our first ever lifestyle photography session and we have fallen in love. Or maybe it was just that we have fallen in love with this sweet family. Chad and Catherine Carr have four lovely Children Logan, Evelyn, Owen, and Vinson. We had the privilege of shadowing them around in their adorable Mequon home.
We started the day off right with some Milk, Cookies, and Biscuits.
This lead to family stories. Like the time Owen Chipped his tooth on a unicorn, how Catherine loves to make books about family vacations, and how Logan keeps an advanced record of baseball scores.
Which segwayed to the living room for more stories and fun.
The twins Evie and Owen gave us a grand tour of the house.
You can tell Catherine and Chad put a lot of thought and effort into making their home feel comfortable and inviting.
Everyone then went to the Family Room.
Where even the shyest member of the family came out to join us. Walt the dog.
Believe it or not, Catherine told us that her and Chad don't have many pictures together. So we went to work photographing this beautiful couple.
Of course the life of a parent is never dull; especially with four children.
Little Evie wanted to try her hand at directing poses.
We then decided it was time to move outdoors.
A favorite pastime of the Carr family is playing baseball. So what more fitting way to end the day then with a quick game.
